"I picked this property specifically for the swimming pool but it did not have a drop of water in it and I realized it's seasonal even though the temperatures were nearing 90°. I didn't get checked in until nearly midnight and my bathroom was filthy, I could not use it. The next morning I grabbed the first housekeeper I could find and she did a fabulous job of cleaning up that bathroom for me. Breakfast was good."

"No frills or thrills. Dirty floors and dirty feeling. Peep hole on the door was just a hole that could be seen through on inside and out, had to put tissue paper in the hole. Breakfast was a joke…there was none. At least Waffle House and Cracker Barrel next to it. Close to hwy 40 and Piercy Priest Lake is about the only good thing. The young woman working that evening I checked in was a delight to correspond with. Just a place to sleep, shower and leave."

"I was charged for my mother’s service dog And they started cleaning rooms at 9:am not giving travelers a chance to wake up the house keepers could not speak English and when I told them to give us 10 minutes then they can come in and clean they did not in the 7 day stay they only cleaned twice The continental breakfast sucked only was open short time there was nothing but cereal and pancakes to choose from and slices of bread I felt it was very rushed hotel and did not enjoy it at all "

"No where to park. Lied about construction. No breakfast. Ice machine was broke. Staff is rude af. And the room was disgusting. Semen still on the bed as well as dirty rags left in the room!!! Never stay here. Also once asked for a refund he refused and only gave us the money for the night we didn’t end up staying. I wouldn’t pay 5 dollars to stay here. "

"Horrible service. Tried for several hours to reach main desk at the hotel before check in and no one ever picked up. Expedia help desk was unable reach anyone as well. No response to multiple messages. Horrible experience!! Should be booted from the Expedia application."
