"We stayed for 11-nights and overall we had a great time. On the first day we had issues with the rain shower (it was only trickling water, the rest of the water holes were blocked) and we communicated it to the staff. Not sure if they fixed it while we were out, but it did improve. The space is perfect for us (two people) and the bed is super comfy. There are a lot of insects in the night (moths, small flies, etc) but the property provides an electric standing zapper thing so it was not so...

"This was our second stay at Masmara, and we had another enjoyable experience. The hotel is in a great location in Pererenan, and has a relaxing atmosphere. "Kayu Village is a treasure hotel located in the Pererenan area. You can enjoy an eco-friendly atmosphere, warm service, and delicious breakfast. There are also nice restaurants such as shelter and woods within a 5-minute walk. I left my phone in the taxi on the first day of my trip. With the help of Mia and Idah, I was able to find it. "Really nice place and property manager was very responsive. The only feedback specific to the place would be to consider adding long life milk to enable having a coffee.
