"The apartments are beautiful and in an excellent location. Close to the beach and an amazing array of places to eat and drink, I couldn’t recommend the location highly enough. The pool area is also lovely. Unfortunately there is construction work next door (May 2024) which looks like it may be some time away from finishing. I was disappointed that Expedia did not mention this at the time of booking, as it was very noisy and did impact sitting by the pool. There are also no laundry...

"Overall we enjoyed our stay at Makali. It took us a while to feel “at home” in the villa for a couple of reasons; however, once we got used to these things and felt comfortable after the first 48 hours. Pros: 1. "Nos ha encantado la zona exterior aun con calor se disfruta de la cocina y el frigorifico y al lado de la piscina que es increíble . Con una niña de 5 años estuvimos muy cómodos con cama individual en el cuarto. El baño exterior sin bichos ni nada es encantador, es parte del diseño balines. Se puede ir andando a una clase de yoga fantástica, un super pequeño enfrente y múltiples restaurantes hacia Canggu y hacia Semiyak. Fantástico ! Que mas decir"

"We loved our stay at the Villa Sally. The staff were accommodating and made us feel so welcome. The food was delicious and we had the breakfast option each day which was reasonably priced. We had the dinner option on one of the nights which was equally good. Would have given 5stars, however the cushions on sofa and bed could have been cleaner, and the sound on the television was poor, possibly due to a blown speaker! Other than that we had a beautiful time and enjoyed every moment! "

"We loved the Villas and the potential it has. Space wise it was perfect. It had more than enough space to cater for all of us. The staff were amazing and so friendly. They were always helpful and attended our needs straight away. Adi and the team were lovely. The villas do need some work as they look a little 'tired' updating some lined and towels would make a difference. Updating the bathrooms and adding some TV's and clocks in the rooms would help too. We noticed alot of the electrical points...
