"Jennifer and her staff were amazing, everyone was so friendly and helpful. The hotel location is excellent with plenty of restaurants and a supermarket close by. The breakfast choice is excellent and you can eat it on your balcony or have it served overlooking the beach. The hotel even organised a surprise snorkeling trip and decorated our bed for my birthday. On the weekend the area is a lot busier and noisier but it did not bother us."
"Si vous êtes à la recherche du calme et du repos c'est l'endroit idéal. Un peu retiré du centre mais une marche de 20 minutes suffit pour y arriver.
Des navettes sont disponibles tout le long de la journée pour rejoindre les différentes plages.
Pour ma part le seul défaut que je pourrais dire, plutôt une revendication, serait de mettre de rendre le spa accessible gratuitement ( jacuzzi et Hammam )"

"Amazing resort with excellent facilities, well maintained and a variety of food on offer.

"Lux Belle Mare was just simply amazing and perfect!! All levels of staff were so friendly and could not do enough for you!
The food choices were really great and so many options for different cuisines. Chefs at each counter were really friendly and would make fresh pancakes or naan bread for you.
We also dined at Amari by Chef Vineet Bhatia and this was also really great and so worth the visit!

Restauration de qualité, du choix et du personnel agréable.
Massage dans un lieu très propre, du personnel extrêmement gentille, sympathique et agréable. Très professionnelle offrant une magnifique expérience. Mon coup de coeur.
Point négatif : l’accueil de l’hôtel est quasiment inexistant ! Pas d'explication, manque d’organisation. Bref nous sommes loin des standards qui se pratiques en Europe ou même La Réunion et Madagascar.

"I was in Mauritius for work and booked this hotel an hour before I checked in without really researching it at all. It was superb.
I stayed for 2 nights all-inc. The staff were lovely - polite but also fun to talk to. I had an amazing massage in the spa (by Cedric). I took a hobbie cat out and spent a morning zipping up and down the bay (though got told off for staying out too long!!!). "Chouette petite structure hôtel adult only surtout, personnel disponible et très agréable, suffisamment grand pour y trouver son petit coin. Petit déjeuner excellent et varié, thème varié formule buffet du soir, possibilité resto à la carte sur réservation. Formule all in finalisée sur place mais pas de système bracelets pour différencier les différentes formules, donc on doit signer pour tout ce qu on consomme et c est parfois un peu lourd. Service Spa super, massages variés plus ou moins...
"Wij hebben onwijs genoten van ons verblijf hier. Het personeel is allemaal even vriendelijk, de stranden en de zee zijn waanzinnig. Bedjes bij het zwembad en strand zijn top. Eten is ook erg goed, zowel ontbijt als diner. Wij hadden halfpension en de drankjes zijn niet goedkoop, maar dit hadden we wel verwacht.
De kamer was prima. Schoon, alles wat je nodig had, maar niet overdreven luxe.
De spa was ook goed. Lekkere massage gehad, wederom wel weer prijzig, maar prima.
Kortom, heel fijn...
"Oppholdet på The Residence har vært en flott opplevelse. Rommet hadde perfekt beliggenhet med utsikt og direkte utgang til stranden og havet, i tillegg til å være stort og komfortabelt.
Maten holdt høy kvalitet, med gode smaker og fin variasjon gjennom hele oppholdet.
Det vi imidlertid savnet, var mer tilgjengelig informasjon om aktiviteter, menyer på de ulike restaurantene samt priser og behandlingstilbud på spaet.
