Probabilmente stanno per chiudere per l'inverno ma la struttura sembra abbandonata. Vetri sporchi, portononi e bar chiusi con le catene, piscina chiusa, spa chiusa. Camera grande ma mobilio orrendo e scadente, manutenzione scadente (prese rotte, mattonelle sbeccate,...). Colazione ingiudicabile, le brioche e il pane avranno avuto 3 giorni, non c'erano le pinze per servirsi, il salato era solo mortadella e salame ma dal colore era meglio evitarli, qualche torta e succo di frutta industriali, si salvava solo il cappuccino della macchinetta. Positivo il silenzio e i dintorni della struttura. Non è sicuramente un 4 stelle, c'è molto potenziale ma al momento è messo male. Prezzo altissimo per la qualità,

Superbe endroit qui venait d’ouvrir pour la saison. En rodage mais très bien. L’internet nul ou presque mais sera sûrement corrigé.

abbiamo soggiornato presso l’hotel perché abbiamo partecipato alla gara equestre di Arezzo. Abbiamo cenato una sera ma il servizio non e stato ottimale perché tra l’antipasto ed il primo abbiamo atteso mezz’ora e poi sono arrivati i piatti a due persone mentre le altre due hanno mangiato dopo. Inoltre, siamo rientrati alle 14.30 un girono e le stanze non erano state rifatte quindi poi le hanno fatte alla meno peggio la colazione poi non era molto ricca, … insomma, se dovessi tornare ad Arezzo troverei un altro hotel.

Beim Frühstück ist von jedem war dabei. Zimmer weitestgehend sauber und ruhig. Personal sehr nett. Genügend Parkplätze vorhanden und eine Liege am Pool finder man idr auch immer. Die Handtücher für den Pool wollte man uns am beim Checkout berechnen, ohne dass uns vorher jemand darauf hingewiesen hat, dass man sie bezahlen muss. Auch der Rest der Rechnung war nicht ganz korrekt. Man hatte und den Zimmerpreis nach der Buchung via Expedia bereits von der Kreditkarte abgezogen, aber auf der Rechnung stand der volle Preis. Das Mittagessen wurde und berechnet und dazu noch extra 30 Euro für den Service!? Als wir das alles reklamierten, wurde es ohne Diskussionen von der Rechnung gestrichen. Fanden wir etwas merkwürdig den Abschluss, nachdem wir so einen tollen Aufenthalt hatten. Fazit: Man kann eine sehr tolle Zeit in diesem Hotel haben, aber am Ende sollte man genau seine Rechnung kontrollieren.
