"We stayed here in 2019 and had an amazing experience, which is why we decided to return. Unfortunately, this visit was quite disappointing. The hotel was not nearly as clean as we remembered, and the room lacked many of the thoughtful touches and treats that made our first stay feel special. "The hostess Vanna made you feel welcome the second you arrived! She greeted us with the biggest smile, a bowl of popcorn and a little shot of happiness! The hotel room was very clean, the cleaning service was friendly, we had a suite with hot tub and a great view of the beach! The resort was beautiful, the pool area with bar was a nice accommodation. We were able to arrange pickup from airport when we arrived and drop off to the port for a small fee! Well worth it! We would stay again!"
