"The property was clean and the bed was comfortable nice to have a kettle and fridgewith freezer compartment and a bacony. Needs a bit of refurbishment particularity the bathroom with a wet room and hand held shower head. Unfortunately the property is in a residential neighbourhood and dogs were regularly barking late at night and early morning which disturbed our sleep but this was no fault of the owners Spiros and his wife who were wonderful hosts. All in all a good stay in budget...
"Perfect location, directly next to the beach, to the restaurants and easy to reach it from the Port. Very friendly and taking care hosts. The room was good equipped with all the necessaries and everything was clean. Thanks to the host for welcoming us. We would definitely like to come back again. "
"struttura da evitare. se ti ammali e dall'ospedale scrivi il messaggio per avvisare che causa forza maggiore non ti puoi presentare, non ti rimborsano almeno parzialmente e non ti danno nemmeno un buono da spendere l'anno prossimo presso la loro struttura. una vera e propra vergogna. il codice del turismo prevede altro, anche in assenza di polizza assicurativa ma questo aspetto gli è sconosciuto.

"The owner was very helpful and friendly. The apartment was situated on the main road of Lassi so easy for walking to the shops and restaurants . It has access to a beach and bar down a track and also a short walk from the main beach in Lassi. We had a fantastic stay for a week and will return again without a doubt. "
"Had an amazing family holiday in Kefalonia staying at Niko Studios. We were welcomed on arrival, apartment was stocked with essentials (and some non essentials!) and very clean.
Can't fault at all. Location is perfect, just off the main strip so everything you need is walking distance including an abundance of restaurants. Beaches are a short walk and a supermarket opposite.
Would easily stay here again."
"Fantastic apartment with good soundproofing / adherance to quiet hours. This is not a hotel; during your stay you are responsible for keeping your space clean. Our room was sparkling upon arrival, with a gorgeous view of the mountain across from us. Our host was very considerate and even let us try some of her homemade wine.
The apartments were walking distance from several phenomenal restaurants. The beach I would not recommend walking to. The distance is small but the incline is massive....
