"The hotel has a beautiful view of the lake but that’s about it when it comes to nice things to say about this place. They have no restaurant on the property so you have to go into town for lunch and dinner. It’s about a 10 minute walk with A LOT of uphill to trek so be prepared. They advertise that breakfast is free but it is not. Croissants, watermelon slices, and cappuccinos are free but if you want eggs or bacon, be prepared to pay 6 euro. There is no free parking for guests on the property...

"Fatima and her sister are amazing!!! They really made our 3-night stay worthwhile! They’ve operated this B&B for over 12 years now. The property is extremely clean and well maintained. The property is situated about 15-18 minutes walk away from the dock (uphill), so if you arrive with luggage, I highly recommend grabbing a taxi in the town square. "I have to first start saying that Matteo, was very resourceful and helpful. When I we arrived one of our rooms was super stinky, 😭 I mean smell awful. Once I communicated with the staff (by Whatsapp) he was able to change our room. The hotel is very convenient located to the train station and the ferry. Other than that.. great stay"

"Great location for travelling through the area with good free parking immediately outside. Complementary coffee, water and cake in reception is a nice touch. "Villa Reverie is gorgeous. Aspect looking out across Lake Como is fabulous. Staff are excellent. Customer service exceptional. Would we go again - absolutely. Highly recommend.
Having emailed prior to our stay we were collected from the train station by the villa’s shuttle. 2 minute drive (if that). 6minute walk.
Welcome on arrival was great. Staff speak good English. Welcome glass of Prosecco (other drinks probably available - but they got us at “Prosecco”). Bags were deposited in our room...

"The breakfast was very good but the on site restaurant for dinner was dreadful and wouldn’t go there again. The hotel itself and the staff were very friendly but didn’t expect a plastic bracelet round my wrist for the length of our stay! Would have preferred glasses in our room rather than very cheap plastic ones and would have liked the teas coffees and bottled water to be replaced each day - not worth the money we paid for a room of that standard"

Personal war immer recht freundlich und bemüht.
Frühstück sehr sehr einfach, aber gut.
Das beste war der direkte Zugang zum See. Liegen waren auch gut zu bekommen. Es geht zwar an den Liegen am See ein öffentlicher Weg vorbei, das aber kaum ein Problem ist.
Was besonders hervorzuheben ist, dass das Hotel mega Hundefreundlich ist. Man kann den Hund zum Essen und direkt an die Liegen an den See mitnehmen.
