The only issue I had was with the spa they charged me and then when I went to redeem my services they said that I was unable to beto accommodate because of an illness and would not refund my money so I would recommend that you do not pay until your services are completed just for your safety

Poor communication from the hotel - offered late check out, I accepted, they didn’t reply, I followed up, they didn’t reply - they then refused late check out when I enquired in person and came up with various excuses about being busy - not good enough at this price point.

This hotel is very convenient for Aberdeen railway station. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, although the temperature controls didn't seem to work in my room.
