"Absolutely outstanding service. Some of the best I’ve ever had. The front of house ladies Diane and Kadek were so friendly and helped us book transport and activities at short notice. The Floating Breakfast was a fun addition. The garden environment throughout the property was stunning and the pool and restaurant were so relaxing. We enjoyed a massage on site too. The bed was comfortable. Obviously it is a rural environment so it is completely normal to have some insects outside but bug spray...

"The staff brings up the ratings for this hotel! They were very accommodating! The breakfast was good and tasty. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance. Room balcony was nice but construction going on across from the hotel didn’t make it as enjoyable. No fault of the hotel, hopefully construction will be done soon. Nice size room could use a full length mirror. Made use of the spa and had a really nice massage."

"We had such a wonderful time here. The place is a cozy little oasis with a beautiful, tranquil atmosphere — truly a hidden gem. The staff are incredibly sweet and welcoming, which made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. We actually ended up extending our stay by an extra night because we enjoyed it so much.
