"We booked this for the good price and it ended up being a wonderful surprise. The kids area and the pool and Spa and rabbits and guinea pigs were all awesome. The room was tiny but comfortable and there was everything we needed. The breakfast was fantastic. We decided to eat dinner there too and it was seriously so so good. I would definitely come here again. Also it was quiet even though it was full and had plenty of kids! "

Comfortable room, excellent breakfast buffet, good location for walking around Litzelstetten, catching a local bus into Konstanz, which is a very beautiful town, or driving a short distance to the Insel Mainau or to the ferry across to Meersburg. "Hotel was very nature friendly and looked beautiful. Room was big and comfortable. Breakfast had good options. Unfortunately after 8pm its very dark st the hotel and area definitely needs more light. "

"Sauna advertising misleading, there was only limited sauna availability and it was needed to book unlike normal hotel where you just go to sauna on its opening hours. Having sauna was the only reason to book the locale. There is no staff support in evening, no way to contact a person in case of issues. Check in purely electronic which again is not informed before doing the hotel booking. Advice to avoid the place, there are better services available "

"The pictures posted for the hotel show a nice view towards the lake from Comfort Double Room. This was one of the deciding factors to upgrade to it. However my room just had a view from the room was towards a parking lot only in the opposite direction"
