Hotel weit abgelegen. Bad wirkt unsauber, Glaswand in Dusche nicht klar. Bett ist durchgelegen, schlechtestes im ganzen Urlaub. Außenanlage sehr gepflegt, schöner Garten, schöner Pool. Restaurant nicht zu empfehlen. WLAN im ganzen Bereich sehr schlecht. Fernsehsender nur für Einheimische, nicht ein Englischsprachiger Sender. Preis keinesfalls gerechtfertigt. Würde dort nicht wieder Übernachten.

시설은 좋았지만 다음엔 이용하고 싶지 않은.....
전반적인 리조트 상태는 좋았음, 수영장, 식당 등도 나쁘지 않았음.
시내에서는 아주 먼 편임......들어오고 나갈때 마다 많은 택시비를 지불해야 했고, 정기 셔틀이 있었으나 리조트에서 일방적으로 취소해서 이용할 수 없었음. 열쇠불량으로 리조트 문을 여닫는게 짜증났으며, 5명이 이용하는 방에 열쇠를 한개밖에 주지 않아서 이용하는데 불편했음

시내에서 많이 멀어 택시비가 많이 듦.
시내와 굉장히 멀어 리조트 셔틀버스를 이용해야하나 오후에만 2-3시간 간격으로 3번밖에 없어 체크아웃시 또는 저녁 시간에 시내로 나갈경우 굉장히 불편합니다. 신카페까지 택시비 25만동 나옴.
데스크직원들의 서비스정신이 부족하여 친절과는 거리가 멉니다. 불친절함. 조식은 보통.
그외 리조트의 시설이나 경치는 좋습니다.

Dieses Hotel KÖNNTE so schön sein ....
NEGATIV -die Angestellten sprechen WENIG bis kein Englisch!Selbst an der Rezeption nur ein paar Worte! -Das Hotel konzentriert sich eher auf russische Gäste und Asiaten- Frühstücksbüffet SEHR einseitig- Restaurant zu teuer, Service gleich null, wenn kein Manager da Musik so laut wie in der Disko und das schon morgens um 7!!!Strand außerhalb des Hotels voll mit MÜLL!!!
- Das Hotel wirbt auf der Internetseite mit: -Fitness Center - Zwei Restaurants-Souvenir Shop- Karaoke Bar - Spa !!! ( wie es auch der Hotelname suggeriert ) Nichts von diesen Angeboten war vorhanden!!! Auf Nachfrage wird das Fitnesscenter "irgendwann in der Zukunft eröffnen.. " Auch das "Moonlight Restaurant" blieb ebenfalls während unserem gesamten Aufenthaltes von 15 Tagen geschlossen!-nach Gespräch mit jun. Manager bekamen wir als Entschädigung dafür ein Zimmer Upgrade (einen Bungalow) - Das Hotel liegt sehr weit draußen, 15 km vom Ort Mui Ne entfernt. - Wir buchten schon bei Reservierung einen Transport vom Flughafen zum Hotel, laut Hotel sollte dieser umgerechnet 130€ kosten und durch 7 Mitfahrer geteilt werden. Bei Ankunft stellte sich dann jedoch heraus, dass wir die einzigen Fahrgäste waren und den gesamten Betrag zahlen mussten! Ein Entgegenkommen gab es auch nach mehreren Gesprächen nicht ! Die Rückfahrt buchten wir woanders und bezahlten 65€ !!! Mit Getränke und Nackenkissen:-)- die Zimmer werden sehr oberflächlich gereinigt ! Fazit : Preis Leistung stimmt hier einfach überhaupt nicht !!!!!
