"The staff were exceptionally helpful. Erkan Ozbek was very friendly and recommended some neighborhood we should explore. Arda can answer to all your questions about the city sites and shops. Burak was very efficient and helpful. The whole staff was so accommodating with every question we had. We spent three days in the old town very interesting to see all antiquities. This is in Taksim area and a very vibrant community. You have to see both to have a great instanbul experince."
