"Clean room and coffee was ready at 5am when I came down. It was super convenient to get to airport."

"Although hotel is on the older side everything on the room was in great working order and room was clean. Breakfast was well stocked and very tasty and evening manager’s reception was great with the free drinks and dinner options. "

"Rooms look too old no renovations. Floors dirty. Ive stayed at other red roofs and this has been the worst."

"I forgot my AirPods Pro and so I called to get them back. I tracked on my phone the location of the AirPods and in fact it showed that they were at the hotel. The lady at the reception however mentioned several ways in which they could be send them back to me but that she wanted to tell the manager to contact me first. He however never did. So I called again and the same lady now tells me that the AirPods were not found even though my phone still indicates that the AirPods are at the hotel. "

"The property felt tired and the floors were dirty. I could not bring myself to try the breakfast food and went out for breakfast. The absolute worst thing was a complete lack of hot water to take a shower. The airport shuttle only operates every hour even though the airport is a 5 minute drive, so it is largely inconvenient. There is no compelling reason to stay at this property when there are other options."

"The moment I stepped into this Hotel I was impressed by how light and clean the check in area was. The staff greeted me right away and was able to answer any of the questions I had about the shuttle service to the airport. Once I got to the room the digital key actually worked and once in, my mouth dropped at the cleanliness. Wonderful! "

"Nice clean hotel. Couldn't hear the airplanes which was great. Only complaint would be the internet wasn't that great but everything else we enjoyed."

"This place is severely antiquainted. Can still lightly smell smoke and some of the halls reeked of urine. Too much 80's wallpaper, dark paint and mimimal lighting. The staff was great though."

"There was group of young people about 3 rooms down from ours and they were yelling, running, shouting and slamming the doors from 3am to 6am. I called reception and they never help us. "

"The property was very clean, and the staff were outstanding. Everyone was friendly and took care of all the needs in a timely and efficient manner. I would give it 5 star, if it wasn’t for the fact that my truck was broke in to along with several other trucks in the parking lot. The hotel does not have security guards or any kind of fenced area to keep delinquents away. "

"Everything was great even security the only thing that wasn't that excellent was the housekeeping ,bedroom floor was filthy they did not mop it. my baby's feet turn dark instantly just in the room. Bathroom little dirty. This place is still nice. "
