Put on room With broken AC. Asked to mi e rooms Told by front desk that engineer would be up to fix at 11:00PM. Waited until 11:30. Called desk New shift change and we’re able to move rooms. Peeling paint on ceiling along with wallpaper To be clear, Expedia never booked our original hotel and had to try and find us a last minute place to stay..bottom line is that it was expedias fail

Was a nice facility. No ice machine on our floor, but others were available. Pool was closed for at least another month. The suite was spacious

Pool was closed without notice prior to check in, had to switch rooms mid stay because of broken HVAC, facility hosted a wedding that partied outside of the rooms until 2 am and refused to try to control the noise…no real apology from staff or offer to make things right. Very disappointing stay!

I continue to be disappointed with this chain. My last 2 of 3 visits were a step beneath what was rated as a 4 star on Expedia. While the people working at the property were very nice and professional, the room was poor. There was visible mold in bathroom, tub faucet leaked, stains in the shower, mattress coils were weak and poking us, the decor was old and outdated, there was a stain on the sofa in the sitting area. Outside the room, the carpet in the hallway on 4th floor was stained with wheel tracks, lots of rubbish (empty water bottle, dead flowers, peanuts) was found about each morning we walked outside the door - and it was an enclosed courtyard. I just can’t see making a choice for Hilton property again

Staff and service was excellent! Very polite and accommodating, even with us checking in around 1am. Breakfast staff was incredibly sweet and attentive—kudos to the omelet chef, he was great and the food was wonderful. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast both mornings of our stay before heading to Roots Picnic & it was just what we needed to get the day started. Great distance from PHL airport, train station AND Fairmont Park. We only wished the hotel was a little more updated (card use at the vending machines, tap to pay for breakfast) and tightened up on smaller details (stained carpets, bulb lamps burnt out in the bathroom, noisy AC). Beds were comfortable and the hotel pool was open!
