I was able to check in early. The first room I was assigned was filthy and run down. Motto by Hilton Philadelphia Rittenhouse Square
Returned to Motto - great location in Center City 19th & Chestnut. Pretty much walkable - went to UPenn to Reading Terminal Market & Chinatown. Staff was courteous & helped check me in early. I have not tried restaurant/bar but I will next time
