"I remember when this place was a special hotel in the heart of the city. Unfortunately, it is so dated and it has not kept up with what usually happens in hotels. For example. there was no microwave in the room. However, I found a microwave next to an ice machine that was not functioning. The location was dirty -- no way was I using it. When I checked in, there was no explanation as to how my room would be cleaned. In fact, no one came to clean my room, I ended up going to the front desk and...

"Where do I start? Upon entering the room, it was very spacious yet had a smell of smoke. Walked to the balcony to air out the room, opened up the balcony doors, and I immediately smelled marijuana. The carpet was pretty stained, but beds were clean and freshly made and the bathroom was clean. Went to throw something in the dryer and there was a sewer smell near the washer. Luckily it was not overwhelmingly strong. Street noise was loud but was drowned out by a sound machine. However the...

"This hotel looked nice going in. However, there was a LOT of road noise (motorcycles, etc.) during the night, it lacked some touches, and several things in the room didn't work (bathroom fan, phones, TV intermittent).
Our last night there, there was a dog in a room across the hall that barked for about an hour because it was left alone in a strange place. The hotel DID call the occupants and tell them to come back, but they probably should have kicked them out because they didn't claim or...
