"I arrived on a Thursday and checked out the following Monday. My room was very clean and spacious with a king bed, a sofa (with ottoman), a desk, TV and mini refrigerator. The bed was very comfortable to sleep on. There was ample supply of towels and wash cloths. The staff members I dealt with were very polite and helpful. They have Starbucks coffee and serve some food in the lobby bistro area but I can't comment on the food because I didn't eat there. The only thing I will do different next stay is to request a room farther down the hallway away from the door to the parking lot. My room was right next to it and there was considerable traffic, although the building is built well enough that it didn't keep me from sleeping"

"I expect our embassies to be equally great. When I got to my home last night, the next-door neighbors sound like they were moving furniture for about four hours. I go downstairs and get my free drink and sit in the car for a while. I come back up and I go to sleep. When I go down to breakfast, I see that the ceiling tiles have fallen from the ceiling, and the workers are walking past it with no caution signs. When I get back to my room, I decide to pack up and shower before leaving. I hung 3 shirts up to dry when I get out of the shower. One of the hurts have a big burn hole and the others have several small burn holes. These are designer pieces used for shows. This was caused by water from the shower, getting into the fire alarm, but the fire alarm did not go alert. While leaving, I see that just too levels underneath they were scraping up the carpet. I think this building is in its last days for sure.It"

"This was a beautiful property. From the time we checked in to the time we checked out, it was a wonderful experience. The front office staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The breakfast tasted great and the selections were more than one can expect. I was thankful that they had a microwave to warm up the eggs and meat provided. Breakfast burritos...wow! For one that does not eat pork, they had a great selection of breakfast sausage i.e. chicken or turkey to choose from. Most hotels do not provide this and I appreciated this. The room and bathroom were clean and everything worked perfectly. The bed was just right. If you are ever in Charlotte, I would highly recommend that you stay at this hotel."
