Well equipped with slippers and dressing gowns, iron and ironing board. A lovely bathroom and plenty of towels. The kitchen had 2 hob rings, microwave, and full size fridge and freezer. There were a few pans and utensils as well as crockery. (No oven). The pool was lovely and there is a gym, sauna and steam room. Air con in each room so we could set...

"Tried to give me one bed apartment which was next to building site. Far too noisy. Bad service to even try putting a guest in such a apartment. Staff not very competent, eventually had to get hotels.com to contact manager to get moved. Property is okay, good location, but really nothing special. Pool area is not so great. Gym is okay and usable. Lots of building work going on in local area so be sure to get apartment on a high floor. "

"Pros: Price, nice staff, gated security with staff working at all time. Parking was ample. Great communication. Mini mart, 7-Eleven, restaurants, and small vendors all around. Cons: Small ants around kitchen trash area and bathroom. AC not cold in bedroom. Shower head holder loose causing water to leak onto floor if it hits the tub. WiFi router stopped working, but staff replaced it right away. "

"This is a very modern property. The apartments have nearly everything you need. Except, cutlery, tea towel, dishwashing detergent and toilet paper! We were constantly asking for toilet paper. None of the house keeping staff could speak English. It was very frustrating. Considering there were English speaking guests, there should be a couple of HK staff that can speak English.
