"First off they tried to tell me that my booking was not to be found but after showing him my phone and email confirmation and Hotels.com confirmation he grudged and showed us our room. Which was really not that clean. Cobwebs and spider sacks everywhere. The cost of a room to walk in and book would have been over 80usd but we paid 35( would have paid if it wasn't a redeemed free night) but for the cost asked of the room did not reflect on the hotel at all. There was no places to eat unless...

"部屋のコンセントの3つのうち2つが壊れていて、携帯の充電ができないので、コンセントを直すか、部屋を変えてくれとお願いしたが対応してくれず、もともと、壊れているのをわかっていたような感じでした。結局、延長コードを借りて対応しました。足ふき、タオル等も古く色が変色しているようなものでした。カンボジアなのでこんなものなのかもしれませんが、カンボジアで同じ4★評価のところに同行者が宿泊したのですが、そことの差は大きいと思います。"
