Our family has been staying here for over 10 years. It’s even better with the new renovations. The kids (14 years and 7 years) absolutely LOVE the pools! Very family friendly. We hate leaving this place. It’s our home away from home.

The high rating this property has is deceiving. The pictures online were of a unit that must have been newly remodeled and used for the pictures. The unit we were in was not anywhere near the quality that was depicted in the photos. The bathroom had paint peeling off the trim in chunks onto the floor. ...

GreenTree Inn & Suites Phoenix Sky Harbor
The room was not clean, but no bugs. Just a lot of dust and gunk built up on surfaces. Bed was comfortable. Bedding was clean. Towels were clean. The room just needs a deep clean. The pool and hot tub were nice.
