Metro Phoenix Extended Stay
Staff at the front desk were rude when i asked for towels. No towels were available. No mugs for coffee. Had to switch rooms, 1st one was very dirty and bed unmade, sent the pictures to hotel staff by txt.

Stay7 Studios Hotel Phoenix
Gate guard at night for parking, both staff members I dealt with were amazing and friendly. For being in a less than ideal location and an older building, they do a great job with the property. The tv wifi was a pain to get connected but eventually did. Definitely recommend for budget travels.
