Really great stay if you enjoy bringing your own groceries, making your own meals, doing laundry, and having some space to spread out. I found it to be a good option between a hotel and a home rental. Nice area!

Amenities and location. It was so nice that they provide the laundry pods and dishwasher pods. The sky deck was nice. Didn't get to use the pool but i did go check it out and it was nice. I will definitely come back.

I loved my stay at the Mint. The property had so much to offer & it was sooo peaceful. I will definitely be staying here again. The only downside was paying for parking everytime you leave the garage versus it being Included or a base rate.

clean and cute area! I will say communication was difficult at times with everything being electronic and the bed/furniture was uncomfortable. otherwise there’s a couple quick bites and Starbucks nearby in walking distance.

Close to the Barrow Institute and grocery stores. Very easy to find and follow directions. I had a rental car the first day and was able to park across the parking lot after 6pm when I arrived. You will need a permit to park in the daytime. Returned my car that night so not an issue. Very clean and comfortable apartment. Has pretty much everything you need: real hand soap, body wash, shampoo, tea/coffee, etc etc.

Stayed here on vacation since my boyfriend’s work was nearby. Laundry was in-unit and washing pods were provided, super convenient. Staff was friendly and building was quiet. Used the grill on the sky deck and had a lovely dinner on the deck. Great place to spend quality time with your loved one. Everything was clean and the kitchen had utensils, plates, cookware and a dishwasher. No spices or condiments but there is a big fridge. Best place I’ve stayed in Arizona, you definitely get your money’s worth and more.
Pool was nice but cold because it was never really sunny down by the pool. Ended up being shady but still too hot out.
