"I booked this hotel for its location. That's the only thing about it that was helpful. We were left to sit and wait in the lobby for almost an hour and a half to check in. The clerk on shift was trying to find hardcopy 12qforms to get us checked in. She said the delay was due to the computer crashing. ..."
