"I have enjoyed staying at this property 4 times now. The first time all 3 ice makers worked. The last 3 times (more than 3 years time) only 1 works. 1 ice maker is not enough especially when the families come for Spring Training and take more than their fair share leaving nothing for the next guy. Absolutely our biggest beef. The property is not fancy, but I feel very comfortable there. We always book a suite. They are roomy and feel like home after a long day. The complimentary breakfast is very good. They have everything you could want. A great way to start the day. The staff are all courteous and helpful. Another big selling point for us is the proximity to restaurants. There are 4 restaurants in the same parking lot. We love the Irish Pub, just steps away. "

"Great place overall, and the staff is amazing! Super friendly and helpful! Just a few things to consider which we accidentally overlooked…. Parking is an additional $10/night for the hotel. They offer a breakfast but it’s an additional charge. We were playing in a sports tournament at the Arizona Athletic Grounds and the hotel was one of the closest to the venue (but still about 15-20 minutes away from the venue). We assumed the hotels shuttle bus would be available to get us back and forth but it’s just outside the range limit of 5 miles. Lastly, the electric window coverings in our room did not operate correctly so we were unable to open or close them fully. We stayed in an ADA compliant room which did not allow for the head of the shower to be raised to standard height (it stopped around mid waist). Again, overall is was a good stay! "

"The hot tub had algea and was green, couldn’t even get in. Smelled like rotten eggs. There was no towels etc. will not go back. "

"Good staff. Clean room and outside spaces. The place was just NOISY. We could hear from our 3rd floor room the front door opening/closing all night. Just a noisy buildy in a noisy location."

"Nice place. The place is relatively new. If you are looking for soundproofing within the walls, look somewhere else. For the cost; if met the needs for a comfy bed, kitchenette, bathroom. Would stay again, if visiting the area."
