"Staff and location were incredible. Breakfast was amazing. The massage in the spa was excellent as well. The only thing I could critique was the gym. Its very old, dated and small. Otherwise, I would stay here again and again. The suite had an incredible view and the soaking tub was very nice."

"When you’re arriving to the hotel , after getting off the cable car, there was no one to assist with bags. We had to wheel many luggage’s from the cable car to the lobby. The path had some cobblestone so this was a little tough. Especially since we didn’t know where to go right away."
