"Room very large with kitchen and dining table and chairs very clean. Balcony was quite enclosed because of all the greenery and wasn’t really useable…. Shame The sky bar was only open sporadically it could have been so much better a few evenings we were the only people in it. Food was good plentiful and lots of choice for breakfast and dinner. Fire show at the beach bar was good but safety seemed a bit lacking, after show children on the stage with the fire spinning around them. Whilst the fire show was advertised by the hotel unsure if it was operated by them. No entertainment in the hotel or surrounding area."

"I have traveled to more than 30 countries and I would like to highlight Seashells Hotel at Phu Quoc. The location is convenient for my group to the night market and VinBus Station. The hotel provides to and fro airport to hotel services. The breakfast is so delicious although they are the same for our 5 mornings there 😆 It would be perfect if they could change the menu slightly. The lady staff who serve us eggs is very professional, cheerful and smiling all the way; she should be the example of all serving staff in hotel! I would like to thanks the hotel for giving us a surprise Birthday Cake on 14 April. Appreciate your hospitality, friendliness and kindness! Thank you Seashell Hotel’s staff !!! ❤️"

"Very basic room. No conditioner in room. Very limited English and staff didn’t understand a lot. Service was very slow and a lot of items like basic drinks weren’t available as they ran out. Buffet was very average and didn’t rate it. Mini mart across the road was good and cheap. Beach down the road was good. Price value was good for the room if you wanted cheap and basic. "

"Room was very basic but was overall ok. Bed was hard. Very limited English and the comprehension of staff was hard. Limited drinks and pool closed early at 7:30pm. Resort ran out of a lot of basic stuff like pepsi. Close to mini mart across the road but Grand world itself was very underwhelming. Needs to be more exclusive shops and eateries "

"Great location for a family beach vacation. While the place is busy, there is space between large extensive pool and beach for families, couples to relax. Khem Beach is stunning. Buffet breakfast extensive, Rooms clean and comfortable. Rooms can be a little noisy at times, but it’s a family focused hotel so if you are looking for a tranquil location away from noisy children, then this may not be the location for you. Would stay here again"
