"Wonderful staff, excellent food, everything was perfect except the beach. We found the amount of trash disappointing and in total contrast to the rest of the resort. Obviously you can only keep up so much when things wash up every day but there was a fair amount of trash located along the edge/in the trees which the tide clearly does not reach."

"We had a great time during our stay at Vedranda resort. Personally for me, the staff stood out the most. They really do go above & beyond for you. It wouldn’t be fair to mention particular names as they were all great. Yes,I highly recommend this resort. What is there not to love, excellent food, stunning scenery, clean rooms & polite, kind, humble staff who actually want to talk to you with a smile. They all deserve a pay rise for their hard work. Best holiday ever, I was sad to leave. 😢 "

"This property was such a mix of good and bad. They had such friendly staff who were willing to help out with all of our requests, a great pool with direct access to the beach and beautiful views, and wonderful service in cleaning the rooms. However, there was literally not a single decoration or wall hanging of any kind in any room in our suite. It was sterile and unwelcoming. In addition, the set up of how the bathroom connected to the rooms was not ideal for privacy. There was no way to lock the doors to keep my teenagers from entering the bathroom from their room, this privacy was difficult. They provided only 4 small bottles of water per day for 4 people- I'm not sure why they couldn't provide access to a water filter or even just more water, but it was rather inconvenient to need to walk to the 7- eleven to carry gallons of water back regularly. Though they did such a nice job of combing the sand at the beach for the hotel, when the tide went out, the mud left there is filled with trash. I realize they can't control the tide or what is carried in by the water, but it was somewhat off-putting, even when the tide was in, you knew you were wading through trash. Also, there was not easy access to the paddle to quickly take the kayaks out without walking up the almost 100 steps to the main desk to ask for help. Side note- this property would be impossible for anyone with mobility constraints, as you will walk the stairs frequently. "
