Varasin huoneen kahdeksi yöksi ja olisin häipynyt ensimmäisen yön jälkeen,mutta kun maksoin jo kahdesta.Otin jopa hieman kalliimman huoneen juurikin tämän varalta. Paikka on meluisan kadun varrella,tämä nyt ei varsinaisesti Thaimaassa haittaa ja ei ole mitään uutta että liikennettä on ja äänet kantautuvat huoneeseen, mutta ensimmäisenä aamuna heräsin kova ääniseen keskusteluun kello viideltä. Yritin saada uudelleen unta mutta aina kun olin nukahtamassa naisen kova ääni kantautui rappukäytävää pitkin toisessa kerroksessa olevaan huoneeseeni alakerran baarista. Tätä jatkui kello seitsemään asti jolloin sain tarpeekseni ja menin pyytämään heitä olemaan hiljempaa.Paikalliset naiset olivat oluen juonnissa. Noo keskustelu vähän hiljeni mutta kuului edelleen huoneeseen. Sain nukuttua hieman ja en jaksanut vaihtaa huonetta yhden yön takia koska olin lähdössä seuraavana päivänä ja oletin että sama ei toistu enää. Mutta eipä mitään,sama alkoi seuraavana aamuna uudestaan jo ennen viittä,tai ainakin heräsin siihen silloin ensimmäisen kerran. En vaivautunut enää alas,nukuin pikku pätkissä kahdeksaan asti ja häivyin yhdeksältä. Neuvoksi muille: Jos olet tulossa ja et vietä aikaasi aamuyön tunneille asti yöelämässä,pyydä huone mahdollisimman ylhäältä. Hotellissa oli muistaakseni neljä kerrosta,ei hissiä. Mutta jos menet nukkumaan puolen yön paikkeilla, ja etkä ota kunnon känniä,suosittelen muita paikkoja.Sijainti ja henkilökunta oli ihan ok.

Nice :) but breakfast...

Nice basic budget accommodations. Few signs of repairs needed. Owner and staff welcoming and friendly. Only issue was the breakfast offered was not so good- English breakfast also no Thai breakfast offered. Recommend just eating elsewhere for breakfast rather than paying. However, overall for price/value I would return... thank you staff!

Doesn't get any better for the price

I have spent 6 winters in Thailand and I now live in Bangkok where I keep to a modest budget. I have come to Soi Ban Zaan, where Presley is located, 5 times, and stayed at Presley the last 3. These are simple and basic rooms, clean, comfortable, and well kept. For cost, service, comfort, and location it doesn't get any better. English is spoken well by all employees and any request or issue is responded to immediately. It is a perfect neutral zone between the more raucus revelry of a few nearby guest houses and a quiet pub style meeting place for locals and travelers from around the world. Soi Ban Zaan is a lively and energetic street and is for me the best possible location in Patong for its proximity to the most interesting nearby places especially the beaches. If you happen to be around for owner Thip's birthday in January you will be treated to a fun night of a live Elvis Presley impersonator. You will see me there as well since my birthday is the next day. Like many places it has a narrow bar running parallel to the street from which you can watch the world go by from dawn till the wee hours. You can wander around the neighborhood and find dozens of different and unique spots and diversions, and you should walk slowly so as not to miss any of them. Internet wifi speed is excellent, I tested it at as much as 20mbs. And last but not least the food is excellent and inexpensive, as is the beer, aroy mak mak, and always served promptly by a smiling and friendly staff.

Great place to stay.Close to the main bars but just far enough so your not right in the middle of it all. Standard room is very good for the price Owners are very friendly and helpful Nice little bar and good food Will definitely be staying every time i go to Phuket in the future.

Presley guesthouse the staff and owner Chris were friendly and very helpful comfy and clean rooms.. Its got the best showers I have had while on holiday good breakfast and very good coffee. Thank for a great time Fran and Martyn

Complete hovel

Cockroaches were everywhere, it was like a brothel with people coming and going all night and all you could hear was people going at it. Also stunk of urine.

Doesn't get any better than this

I have now stayed at the Presley 2 times during 2 trips to Phuket, and it is in my opinion the best little guest house and pub for the money in the entire neighborhood. It has a particularly good cross section of clientele from the guests to the neighborhood regulars and wanderers, and is in the center of the energy and joié de vivré of the Patong Beach area.

hotel propre et bien placé ( a 5 min a pieds d un centre commercial). bus depuis l aeroport 200 baths, plus d une heure de trajet car beaucoup d arrets pour deposer checun à son hotel. sinon taxi privè 800 bath. juste a coté de l hotel très bon massage (mais un peu cher). hotel parfait pour une voyageuse solo.

房間很大,有陽台可以晾衣服,浴室只能在浴缸那邊洗,淋浴那邊只有冷水,不過不會影響對這家旅館的感覺,很值得推薦,CP值超級高
