"Loved the the fact that the hotel was five minutes from the airport and beach, free shuttle. Had an issue with the AC in the room, but they quickly gave me another room. Nice staff, very attentive and courteous. Oh, and good selection of food for breakfast between 630am - 1030am."

"Pacific Club Resort is unique by itself. The room we had was a two bedroom suite with breakfast included. Breakfast had excellent choices every day and had an egg station. Mr. San (the owner) and all his staff were very helpful and nice. Would love to come back and stay here longer."

"Everything was great except the private pool. There were too much leafs eventhough it was cleaned before check in. Breakfast area was a little small due to restaurant renovation. Wish the gym was a little bigger. The facility is very clean. Villa was very roomy and secluded. Best part is 2 minutes walk down to the beach."

"Great amenities and location on Patong beach, close enough to shopping and restaurants without too much noise etc. Great for families with small kids with appropriate swimming pools and kids club."

"The nature was an interesting experience. First of all, the staff were really kind, friendly, and welcoming. Always smiling and ready to help you with whatever you need. The rooms were okay, we had a pool view but it seemed more like a view into another persons room. I feel like they could have designed the layout a bit better, there was a lot of walking up and down stairs we had to do and not a lot of cart access to bring us to and from the lobby.
