"Good location , excelent parking spots, carpets on the room should be removed, it creates more trouble than the given benefits, bad odors from the carpet is to much problematic to Properly mantain for the staff, hard floors must be standard in South florida Hotels , is my personal recomendation to Hilton properties, 0 stars for carpets on the rooms , 10 stars for staff that moved us to another room in seconds, this time smell was good , carpet was OK"

"La limpieza fue algo bueno pero el hotel no está tan cuidado me refiero el interior de las habitaciones por ejemplo la 125 tiene el baño muy desgastado pero funcional, la piscina es pequeña pero todo limpio, está en construcción actualmente la parte izquierda del hotel con un puente aero, por lo que se siente un poco de ruido del tráfico, en general para el precio no es tan mal. El aire acondicionado bien frío."

"I booked into a room and the room was great until we tried to use the shower. The lever was broken. We were switched to another room down the hall to accommodate us. My wife entered 1st and was going to move the covers to lay our kids down and a big roach came out. My wife said lets get out of here. i went to the front desk and told them my experience and showed them the picture of the roach on the bed. We left. "

"Really clean from top to bottom everything is new and comfortable."

"Overall everything was amazing! Only notes we had was that there was someone banging on our door at 10am to see if we needed towels and kept trying to come into room, we had a later night so were woken up by this and had to let them know we didn’t need for him to stop. Also didn’t receive balcony but we didn’t mind at all, just thought I’d note incase it happens to someone else! Room was amazing tho and great for the price!"

The complimentary breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of options every morning. We also really enjoyed the pool area, it was clean, relaxing, and perfect for spending time with family.
