Wenn ich keinen Freund vor Ot gehabt hätte, der in das Hotel gegangen wäre, um eine Klärung herbeizuführen, hätte der Flughafentransfer nicht geklappt."

I messaged them, emailed them, contacted them through facebook and finally through their business email. Shouldn't be that difficult to arrange. Otherwise the stay was great. Great buffet breakfast too"
