"Serena was a brilliant host - friendly and extremely helpful. We had a slight problem with a noisy fridge but which she resolved quickly. The hotel is located on the 2nd floor in an old lovely, characterful property. There is a small lift which is useful for taking up luggage. "We were picked up at the airport by a wonderful driver, Alex, who offered ideas for places to eat and what to eat. We did as he suggested. Arianna, the host of the hotel, met us and showed us to our spacious, newly renovated room. Fortunately there’s an elevator to accommodate large bags. Napoli is a busy, noisy city, yet our room was calming and quiet. Good stay! "

We arrived late into the evening and picked up two pizza's and some Peroni beers assuming we could eat in the garden area or the lobby seating area (plenty of it and very private), but the hotel rules do not allow. "We drove from the airport. Did not know that GPS does not help in Old Town. Too often went the wrong way down one-way street and had to back out. Drove around and around trying to find the hotel. It’s down an alley with no sign on the little tiny street. Luckily, I inquired in advance about a parking lot. Without that name, we might still be driving around!
