Its location is perfect (close enough to the Old City that you can walk to get there but also very close to the centre of the new town and its restaurants and shops); the location is also quiet; the room was big and comfortable (the fact that was a little old-fashioned was not a problem at all); breakfast was excellent with lot of choice; the hotel is clean and personnel kind and helpful. The only negative point is that, in our opinion, the hotel restaurant is pricey and, for this reason, we chose to eat at nearby restaurants. "

"Basic no frills room. Clean and a decent size room. Didn't have breakfast to comment on. Staff were friendly and helpful. The funicular is a 20/25 minutes walk away to access the upper town. Lower town is about a 10 minutes walk away. "

"Amazing clean property in a fantastic location within walking distance to everything! Comfortable bed and although facing the street it was surprisingly quiet. Very polite and welcoming staff especially to the young man at reception. Showed us to our double room and when we mentioned we had an early check out, he arranged a takeaway breakfast bag. We also had the wrong charging adapter and we were able to borrow one. We used the 10% off at the restaurant opposite and would definitely recommend. "
