"Excellent view of Lake Erie from room. Spacious room with separate sitting area. Only downsides meh breakfast and lots of mayflies everywhere outside. Mayflies were not a problem inside the building."

"Room was great.. on 2nd floor .. a lot of noise from other guest, banging on door , yelling … banging on wall … very disturbing wasn’t no fault of hotel but no one ever came to address problem this went on from 10 pm to 12:30 am.. had a hard time falling asleep .. didn’t know if crazy guest had a gun .. sounded like he was abusing his wife or girlfriend.. pretty sad"

"Bathroom was terrible.Rust on anything metal, tub had hair in it,no tissues, body wash,or shampoo. Ask for those items and were told that they didn't have any. Wanted 1 towel and they said to ask housekeeping. The walls were rotted around the tub area. The coffee maker didn't work. The swim area was a mess. Tiles were falling off the walls, tiles on floor were loose, pile of broken tiles in brushed into corner with a broom in front of it, screens were ripped. To top it off, the key card didn't...

"This hotel was terribly unclean. It was dirty and smelled horribly. Everything felt disgusting. Rethink this reservation before you book it. Do not recommend. We left as soon as morning came."

"My husband and I came for our anniversary weekend. We got married at Cedar Point, but wanted to find some other places and things to do in the area. Anchor was a cute little place. When we first pulled in, the first thing I noticed were the beautiful (and real) flowers outside of each room. The property appears very nicely kept.
