"So, the check in process was slow... gal said she was by herself and normally they had 2. There were 6 of us in line... she was very polite and professional, just slow. Our room wasn't ready until 4:20. Felt like they had just survived a major event... when we got the room it was clean but the hanging ..."

"For the price, it should have been more clean as there were ants in the room, there was a hole in the screen with all the fish flies and other bugs around which made that screen patio not very useful. The pools were ok, but were not well watched as there were no towels and they needed to be asked ..."
