"Everything was very clean and ran smoothly. Common areas were nice. However, beds have been an issue. We stayed here early 2025 and one of the double/queen beds had a dip in the mattress so large you could have literally sat a basketball in the hole. We turned the mattress so the hole was closer to the foot of the bed. On this recent trip we had a king bed, but was also so worn and old that there was a big dip in the middle of the mattress and it took effort to roll out of bed. Replace the...

"I really like this inn. It’s older and it doesn’t have any amenities like a pool or fitness center, but the owners are so wonderful and the breakfast is really good. It’s kind of an old fashioned place, so older furniture and wall ac units. But it comfortable, a great location, easy and a really good price for downtown st pete. The owners make it special."

Will is the host with the most~ the love and attention he pays to his visitors and employees is so heartfelt and thoughtful. "Close to good dining places and midtown Tampa"

"Very cute boutique hotel that is close to everything in downtown St. Petersburg. We stayed 3 nights and they never freshened or cleaned our room. An offer of clean towels would have at least been appreciated. Also, no regular cream for coffee and you only get one bottle of water per stay. Seems a little cheap to me"
