"The hotel staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating from valet parking to the front desk which I truly appreciated. However, the overall condition of the facility fell well below expectations. Only 1 of the 4 elevators was operational in a building exceeding 20 floors, creating significant inconvenience. The carpeting throughout had a strong, unpleasant odor. The room itself was outdated, with heavily worn furniture, noticeable gaps at the bottom of the door, and chipped and scratched paint. Additionally, persistent foul odors in the room made the stay uncomfortable."

"Quiet as long as you ask for an inside room (away from spring st and 5th st). Perfect location for GT and the Marta train. Breakfast was good, they will cook eggs and pancakes for you. Will be back next semester to see our daughter."

The rooms were spacious and would be great for an extended stay. The building and rooms could benefit from some updates, but didn’t take away from the comfort of the stay. Plus, a very professional and friendly staff!"

"The receptionist was useless. Provided zero help in regard to possible parking options, since their valley parking was all full. During the night, there was a super loud music in the room next door. I called the receptionist three times just to get a response that the security person didn’t hear any noise. I have all recorded. Never , ever again in this hotel. Terrible staff."
