"A little dated, but clean overall. i asked for a fan and was told they would bring it right up. They did not. A/C stopped working around 9:30pm - maintenance came right away. Unfortunately the problem could not be fixed. Maintenance assured me I would be moved into another room. Front desk never called and I was not able to get a live person on the phone. It was hot and stuffy all night. Traffic noise from I40 right outside the window. NO sleep - court at 8:00am! Defininately would not stay here again. "

"The pool was cold, the cieling is misisng tilea.carpet in pool area dirty.laundry room dirty.Sitting area near pool was closed .The worse part was not being told that their was a deposit until I was checking in . I paid online ahead of time and only wanted somewherebto enjoy my birthday with grandkids and I still havent got my deposit back yet!"

"The pictures on this listing are false advertising!!!! They may have been taken 20 years ago because the interior and exterior are not even close to the shape that the photos display. The lobby smelled like sewage and weed. People were hanging out in the lobby and outside the lobby in dirty pajamas. It took an entire 20 minutes for me to even be greeted! There wasn’t anyone in front of me waiting. I tried to give benefit of the doubt and still checked in only to check out minutes after getting the room key due to how disgusting the room was. Bed sheets were dirty and stained. Curtains were stained and had water marks as if they had previously been sitting in water. There was dirt on the floor. The shower had mold. The toilet hadn’t been cleaned. It also reeked of smoke (I reserved a nontobacco room), and tuna. When I checked out the front desk girl was not apologetic at all and offered no solution. Just told me to speak to Expedia. I’ve been through this before with 3rd party booking and they just told me it was the hotels responsibility to resolve considering the issue was with the hotel. Lesson learned to only directly book with the resort/location! "

"Gym elliptical was clunky and broken. Room was very dirty. Looked like they did not mop the floor and light switches were filthy. when we turned our light off at bedtime it intermittently came on and off so we had to take the bulbs out."

"I am very disappointed with this hotel. From our room, breakfast, bar and the staff. Only one good thing I can say is lady helped me to check in to the hotel. Unfortunately I can’t remember her name."
