"good overall! ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Stayed at Sina Brufani in Perugia and it’s a solid choice with plenty to like. The facilities are nice, and the location is excellent — perched beautifully with great views over the city and surrounding hills. The staff were genuinely good and attentive, making the stay pleasant. Rooms were comfortable and the hotel has that classic elegant feel. That said, the famous swimming pool was a bit disappointing — nothing remarkable in reality, and the photos definitely make it look better than it is. Parking is available but comes at an extra cost. All in all, a good hotel in a wonderful spot. Worth considering, especially if the view and location are your priorities."

"Breakfast was good not much selection though, but pastries are very good. The view to my room is spectacular. The room was very hot at midday and AC is not cooling enough that room is so warm at night."

The location is stunning, yet close to amenities and lots of different options for sightseeing, day trips etc. Rooms were a great size and well equipped. The staff were beautiful. I found them to be so warm and friendly and the perfect blend of checking on you and your needs but not having the feeling that they were stalking. Food and wines were fabulous! Nice size and well appointed rooms with interesting local art and a quiet patio for a drink before heading to dinner but this place stands out for the absolutely amazing customer service.
