Room was clean, breakfast was great (apart from the pod coffee machine not working very well), late check out at 12.00 was really helpful and staff were really friendly at the reception desk and at breakfast. We had an amazing time at Hotel Le Donjon! We got a taxi from Carcassonne airport to the city gates and then walked to the hotel from there as the city centre is car free. The staff were immediately incredibly welcoming and our room was ready early so we could drop our bags off straight away. The ...
