"Location is a little outside the main shopping area but only a quick walk, and just across the road from the airport shuttle bus and a tram stop.
Check-in was easy and was able to go to my room straight away. I'd booked a privilege room which was on the 3rd floor and was clean and comfortable. Bonus was the ability to open a window to let fresh air in, but there was also air conditioning. The view was of a courtyard and uninspiring, but that probably contributed to it also being very quiet.
Privilege rooms come with a great Nespresso machine, iron and mini ironing board. There's a fridge but it was pretty useless. They said they'd have a look, but not sure if that happened. It came filled with water and some juices...which would have been nicer chilled!
Cleanliness was good but housekeeping could be patchy in terms of what was replenished (e.g. no milk one day, variable towels etc). The bathroom products are Nuxe and lovely (including conditioner and body lotion). The hairdryer is OK but kept cutting in and out when I was using it.
There's a fitness room which is tiny - treadmill, bench and some dumbbells. Think they should add some yoga mats that people can borrow for their rooms because you would struggle to fit two people in there (or lay out a mat).
All staff were pleasant and helpful - one guy even rushed to help me with my suitcase when I was trying to drag it up (and down) a few steps before I left. An unusual level of attention and kindness!"
