"The place is under construction, you had to drive around through a rear construction zone to get in there. There was no room service. I shouldn’t have paid full price for that hotel stay
I have nothing but good to say about the staff. This has nothing to do with the people that work there. It’s all about ownership management charging me full price for a less than full product. I literally should get a refund of at least 50%."
