We had a lovely stay at villa Maria Gabriella! The host was lovely and very helpful even though he was away. The lady that was running the place during his vacation was very sweet and helpful! The cottage was very cute, clean and had everything that we needed. It was a short walk to the town, which was small but lively in the evenings. The property has a beautiful view & you can watch the sunset! Would highly recommend staying here!

All the positive reviews are correct.The location for seeing the best part of Toscana is perfect.We were there for a wedding close buy and spent 4 days and it was perfect.Would definitely go back! Wifi is great and A/C. The host Guido and Simonetta are realy nice and frendly. Guido speaks English as well as Spanish.

Our room didn't have air conditioning, and I'm surprised I would have booked accomodation without it. However Montichiello is in the hills and the weather was temperate. It's a great place but it was not what we would have thought an agriturismo place would be. It was really in town, but with beautiful property and stunning view.

My partner and I stayed in the cottage for three nights and wished we’d stayed longer. Pictures don’t do it justice - it’s a beautiful place. The villa and cottage are on a hill next to an olive orchard. We had breathtaking views of the rolling hills, the town of Pienza in the distance and beautiful sunsets. It’s also conveniently located in Monticchiello nestled between Montalcino and Montepulciano, and by far the cutest hilltop town we visited. Guido was an amazing and attentive host, and his auntie was also wonderful!

This was one of our best places we stayed in Italy. It is a family run agriturismo, with Guido (the owner) and his Aunt running the place. The property was absolutely gorgeous, located on a hill in the tiny village of Montichiello, Tuscany. It was cold and a bit rainy during our stay so we didn't get to experience their beautiful patio located in their garden. But their house is absolutely gorgeous and the room was a nice size and very clean. Every morning, Guido's aunt made homemade pastries and bacon and eggs for the Americans! It was located in the cute village of Montichiello. Guido made us a dinner reservation at one of the restaurants in the village, which we were able to walk to, which was nice! There was also a cute wine bar close, which had great food. This property was located only a 15 minute drive from Montepulciano and Pienza and only 40 minutes to Montalcino. It was in such a great location. Guido provided us with some great villages to visit along with restaurant suggestions. I would highly recommend staying at this agriturismo and if we ever go back, we will definitely stay there! 5 stars!!

The staff was very accommodating and helpful. They helped us not only with a recommendation at a local restaurant, but with a reservation as well. The room was fantastic, with great views, air conditioning and heat, with a bathroom that was incredibly well designed. Parking was easy and the breakfast was everything we could have hoped for. The entire experience was superb and I would like to thank our host for making our stay a highlight of a vacation filled with highlights!!
