"Air conditionnée insuffisant, oreillers vraiment pas confortables , très forte senteur de cigarettes dans la chambre . Les employés de l’hôtel semblait sensible et nous comprendre , mais n’ont rien fait pour remédier à nos insatisfactions. Pas moyen de changer de chambre et ils n’ont pas d’oreillers différents à proposer. Nous avons très mal dormi les Deux nuits dans l’odeur de cigarette."

"We had a great stay, the room was very comfortable and had good quality amenities and a very comfortable bed with quality bedlinen. Loved that we had a coffee machine and kettle to make tea. The bathroom finishes were high quality, a great shower and beautiful bathtub. The room had lots of light. It is located in a busy area with a bit of noise, but there is double glazing to tone the noise levels down a bit. Airconditioning worked well. Great location."

The location was outstanding—just a 2-minute walk to the Promenade and within walking distance of countless restaurants, cafés, bakeries, gelato, and crêpe shops. There were also several stores nearby that sold everything we needed for the beach, including water shoes, floaties, goggles, and other essentials for kids. "This hotel had the Perfect location for seeing Nice and being close to shopping, restaurants, beach and the train. We loved our stay. The concierge was super helpful ! The daily waters and gift of Chilled wine at check in were fabulous extras. The only tiny complaint is the pool was smaller and no as pretty as pictures showed. "For the price, the hotel was acceptable and functional. The staff at the front desk were very helpful. The central location is nestled in the middle of a narrow block, with several other buildings. The public parking garage was convenient about one block away. The lobby is modest, with wire-looking chairs, not much natural light, and the hallways are narrow.
