Spacious and safe; the house and property are beautiful. Joice was very welcoming and attentive. Full breakfast was excellent. The street can be busy and noisy at times but did not detract from the property.

What an Incredible Stay! Thank You very much to Joice and the team for making it such a special time. I sent a list of little extras that could make our stay even better like better Wifi, a table or shelf in the bathroom and an extra little cupboard for snacks. A home away from home

I was only staying for a short, one night stay for business but i wish I could have stayed longer. The room was comfortable and impeccably clean, the property is absolutely beautiful and the managers and staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. I was so relaxed I could have been visiting family. Lovely place.

The Sleeping Bao

All in all not a bad experience, the owner and/or his workers was available. Breakfast was good. However the following are area's of critisism, especially with the rates charged: - No credit card facilities, even though the website indicated that it was available and payment had to be made in cash - Parking is a problem and limited, with no undercover parking - No DSTV and the normal channels reception very poor - Closets in guestroom locked, only hanging space with no hangers supplied to hang clothes on - The very spacious bathroom, used as a storage place for old magazines - The only chair in the room was an old (probably broken) vibrating/massaging chair

Room not serviced on our 2nd day. Broken shower door, (told owner) Bath towels too small. Only one small hand towel. Floor mats in bathroom should be removed. Bath mat to be available. Top sheet to be provided in the bed, so it can be cleaned regularly. How often is the duvet washed? Owner is friendly and helpful. Kitchen staff are cheerful. Breakfast is tasty.
