Fortunately from prior reviews I knew that the virtual check in system often does not recognize your confirmation number so I was prepared for that; because I was checking in near the first available time there actually was a staff person present to help. But when I needed something for my room, I had to send a message through Expedia to get a response. "The breakfast each day was amazing! Such a selection to chose from that even the pickiest eaters would be able to find something to enjoy. Just a "heads-up"....the rooms do not have air conditioning. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay."

De locatie is prima, je kunt er goed parkeren en voor het hotel stap je zo op de bus richting het centrum/station, waar je ong in 7 minuten bent. Het ontbijt is goed, uitgebreid. "There was false advertising. The pictures on Expedia showed something very very different. The bathroom sink was ridiculously small and narrow and the little shelf above it was placed in such a manner that it was impossible to brush your teeth without spilling on the floor. The staff was unhelpful we we complained about the false advertisement. They put the onus on Expedia, without showing any sense of liability themselves. Perhaps that is considered good customer service in Europe, but...
