The villa is close to the beach in Pescara where you can enjoy the seaside views & activities. Not to forget, it has 4 national parks at walking distance (Majella, Gran Sasso, Abruzzo, and Silente Velino), thus it is ideal for walkers and nature lovers. A golf course is located 12 km away.

The villa spreads over an area of 14 hectares and also has an olive grove with about 200 olive trees. There is an outdoor swimming pool with panoramic views.
