A lovely hotel, very close to the beach. Quiet and clean. The staff very friendly and helpful. The swimming pool is a definite plus after a day at the beach. Half-board excellent with great choices for dinner and a very attentive staff. I can highly recommend this address!

Das Hotel wirkt 3-Sterne-gut ausgestattet. Der Sitzbereich, die Zimmer und die gesamte Anlage sind sauber und in einem altersentsprechenden Zustand. Die gepflegte Poolanlage bietet Liegen und Badetücher zur freien Benutzung. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist liebevoll gestaltet und ausreichend. Abends stehen jeden Tag 8 Gerichte zur Auswahl bereit; Nach- oder Mehrbestellungen sind möglich, sodass niemand hungrig bleibt – eine sehr gute Verpflegung für 3 Sterne. Personal ist kompetent und aufmerksam; Sprachbarrieren werden sofort gelöst. Der Reinigungsservice war täglich vor Ort und hat die Zimmer liebevoll sauber gehalten. Strandbuchungen bei einem externen Anbieter sind über die Hotel-Administration möglich - die in der Regel günstiger sind als direkt vor Ort beim Anbieter. Die Preise am Strand variieren je nach Saison und Ausstattung, daher Infos unbedingt an der Rezeption erfragen. Der Strand ist in ca. 5–8 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Zentrum mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Bars liegt ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuss entfernt. Parkmöglichkeiten bestehen in einem Innenhof nach Verfügbarkeit; Alternativen gibt es an der Straße vor dem Hotel. Fazit: Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit dem Aufenthalt und dem Hotel. Absolut 3-Sterne-gut und definitiv ausreichend. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die schnelle Reaktionsbereitschaft auf Anfragen. z.B. Unser Bett war etwas hart; es wurde umgehend ein Topper organisiert. Sehr empfehlenswert für 3 Sterne – wir kommen gerne wieder.

La struttura è pulita ed accogliente il personale simpatico e disponibile. La camera e' confortevole con un ampio balcone con vista sul mare. Peccato per il servizio spiaggia troppo caro.

My room was clean and modern, the bathroom was spacious (huge vanity) and new. Although the bathroom was big the shower was narrow. The bed was hard and uncomfortable and the bedding was rough. I also found the air conditioner in the room noisy and disturbed my sleep. My room had a view of the beach but directly in front of the hotel is an old, abandoned looking building which was kinda creepy. The pool was nice but the noise coming from the kitchen made the environment less relaxing. Overall a good value and solidly a 3 star hotel. Don’t come with high expectations and you won’t be disappointed. It is well maintained, clean and newly updated. Location is nice, short walk to the shops and restaurants in Marina de Pietrasanta.

Hotellet er bra. God service og meget vennlig betjening. Alltid blide og serviceinnstilt. Stranden er fin, men kostbart og ligge der!! Synd at det skal være så dyrt, vi valgte kun å være på stranden 1 dag som følge av det.

Had no intention of stopping of staying in this town, but loved Pietrasanta and the location of Suisse was awesome! One block from the beach and 2 min walk from Nicki Beach. Nice hotel.

Coccole in Versilia

Settimana di puro relax in Versilia. Serviti e riveriti da un personale cordiale ed affabile, il vero punto di forza di questa struttura. Il servizio ristorante è impeccabile: cibo vario, abbondante e di qualità. Camere pulite e funzionali. Il mare è a due passi e la sera è piacevolissima la camminata per il centro, distante soli pochi metri dalla struttura. Consigliatissimo per le famiglie, soprattutto con bambini piccoli. Da ritornarci.

Gentilezza e comfort

Personale gentilissimo e albergo confortevole. Camera ben tenuta con ampio balcone. La colazione ricca e per me che sono intollerante al lattosio è stato preparato un cestino pieno di cose che potessi mangiare in alternativa. Davvero molto gentili, ritorneremo!
