The pool allowed us to cool off on hot days. Our hosts were wonderful. They made us feel welcome and cared for. It is obvious that they enjoy hosting and caring for people. "We had a great stay at Chapter Chianti Resort! The staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent customer service throughout our stay. Our room was very clean and comfortable, and the air conditioning worked great, which was especially appreciated during the summer heat. The resort has really nice amenities and was very peaceful and quiet. It never felt crowded, which made it a relaxing place to stay and enjoy Chianti. We drove from Florence and it took us about an hour, so it was an easy trip and a great escape from the city. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend Chapter Chianti Resort if you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and relaxing place to stay in the Chianti area!"

"A beautiful hotel in a lovely little town. The staff were amazing, so helpful. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. I didn’t use the indoor pool or spa facilities so can’t comment on them. The outdoor pool is across the road and up a steep hill, so great if you have a car but not so much if you are on foot! Overall a very good stay."

The hotel is beautiful, and the service and hospitality teams were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help or go the extra mile. We also enjoyed the spa services, which were fantastic! The outdoor lounge area and pool were quiet and incredibly peaceful, making it the perfect place to unwind and switch off, while still having all the beautiful sights of Cortona right on your doorstep. We stayed in a Superior Room, which was the perfect size for two people. Everything in the room was thoughtfully designed, and it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We would 100% come back!"
